Name, avatar, best-effort subscriber count and the resolved channel ID
This reads a channel's public page and pulls its name, avatar image, and resolved UC… channel ID from reliable metadata. Subscriber count is labeled best-effort, not always available: YouTube sometimes hides the exact figure entirely (showing only a rounded public display, or nothing at all for channels that opt out), and the page's internal format for it can shift over time. When it genuinely can't be found, this tool says so plainly rather than showing a stale or fabricated number.
@handle link, a /channel/UC… link, or a legacy /c/ or /user/ link.Tips: if you only have a video URL from the channel, use the Channel ID Finder tool first to get the channel's own link, then paste that here.
YouTube lets channel owners hide their exact subscriber count, and even when it's shown, the way it's embedded in the page has changed over time and can vary by channel. When neither known pattern matches, this tool reports the count as not available rather than guessing.
Often it's shown rounded (for example "1.2M subscribers"), matching exactly what YouTube itself displays publicly on the channel page, this tool doesn't have access to a more precise figure than what YouTube exposes.
This tool is built around channel pages, so a channel's own URL, @handle, or legacy /c/ or /user/ link works best. For resolving a video URL to its channel first, use the Channel ID Finder tool, then bring that channel link here.
It's read from the channel page's link-preview image metadata, which reliably reflects the channel's current avatar/profile picture.
