Enter a URL to instantly see how many links it has — total, internal, external, and broken — as clear, big-picture stats.
Sometimes you just need the headline numbers: how many links does this page have, how many point to the same site versus elsewhere, and how many are broken? This tool fetches a page, checks every link it finds (up to 150), and puts the totals front and center as big, clear stats — with the full per-link list tucked away in a collapsible section for anyone who wants the detail.
Tip: a very high external-to-internal ratio can be worth a look — it sometimes signals a page that isn't doing enough to link within your own site.
A link is internal if its absolute URL resolves to the same domain as the page being checked, and external if it points to a different domain.
Checking is capped at 150 links per page so results come back in a reasonable time and don't overload the sites being linked to. If a page has more, a note appears so you know the count is a sample rather than exhaustive.
Not on its own — many legitimate pages, like navigation-heavy homepages or resource hubs, have a lot of links. What matters more is whether those links are useful and functional, which is why broken count matters alongside the total.
This tool is built for the quick headline numbers. For a full per-link table with rel attributes and SEO detail, use the Link Analyzer; for a dedicated broken-link workflow with CSV export, use the Broken Links Finder.
