Enter a domain to see its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, resolved live via DNS
This tool resolves a domain name straight into the IP addresses that actually serve it, by querying its DNS A (IPv4) and AAAA (IPv6) records live — the same lookup your browser performs before it can connect to a site, just made visible and copyable.
How to use:
Tips: a domain can have more than one A or AAAA record (common with load-balanced or CDN-backed sites) — all of them are shown. An empty list for one record type is normal and just means the domain doesn't publish that type; it isn't an error.
Many sites spread traffic across multiple servers or use a CDN, so they publish several A or AAAA records for the same domain — visitors are directed to one of them, often based on load or geography.
A records map a domain to an IPv4 address (e.g. 93.184.216.34); AAAA records map it to an IPv6 address (a longer format like 2606:2800:220:1::248). Many domains have both; some only have one.
Not every domain publishes both record types — a domain with no IPv6 support simply has no AAAA records, which is normal and not an error.
You'll see a clear error message rather than an empty result — nonexistent domains are reported distinctly from domains that simply lack a particular record type.
