Live blockchain stats, read from real public data, block height, difficulty, fees, mining odds and more
A live dashboard of Bitcoin blockchain statistics. The chain tip, difficulty, retarget, and fee data are read directly from a public Bitcoin node's API in real time. A few figures, the current block reward, total BTC issued, and mining odds, are computed from Bitcoin's own exact, deterministic issuance rules rather than fetched, since they're fully determined by the current block height and difficulty and don't need to be estimated.
How to use it: just load the page, everything updates automatically. Click "Refresh" any time for the latest values.
It's the exact sum of every block reward from the genesis block to the current height, following Bitcoin's real halving schedule (the reward starts at 50 BTC and halves every 210,000 blocks), not an estimate.
These are the standard Bitcoin mining-odds formulas: at the current difficulty, they describe how unlikely any single hash attempt is to solve a block, and how many attempts a miner is expected to need on average, the same math that underlies why mining requires enormous computing power.
A public Bitcoin blockchain data API, fetched through our server. No wallet, private key or personal data is involved anywhere on this page.
